The front desk asks four questions every time: where it hurts, how firm you want the pressure, any allergies, and whether you react to essential oils. Ask for the bilingual pressure card if you would rather point than explain.
Your therapist speaks working English and shows you a two-language card — light, medium, firm, deep. Say “softer” or “harder” whenever you like, as often as you like. Nobody takes it personally.
No service charge, no “extra oil” fee, no tax added at the counter. Tips are optional and never suggested on the bill. You get a printed or QR receipt in English with the treatment and the amount on it.
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Apple Pay and Vietnamese QR transfer all work at the desk. We charge in Vietnamese đồng and show you the total before you tap.
Come as you are. You get a fresh cotton robe, disposable underwear and a locker key. Every room has its own shower, so you can rinse the oil off before you walk back to the beach.
Yes — we keep two rooms side by side for couples and friends, and the four-hands massage uses them both. Choose “2 guests” in the booking form and we hold the pair for you.
For bookings of 90 minutes or more we send a free tuk-tuk within 3 km of Mỹ Khê — anywhere between the Furama and the InterContinental. Write your hotel name in the notes and we confirm the time by WhatsApp.
